Rick rule loves this company and is a filing shareholder.

Sprott recently merged with Rick's company so they are now one and the same.

Rick believes that Lydian will be bought out some time after the upgraded resource is announced.

Rick feels that the drill results are now fairly predictable (good)

So i guess you can say that Sprott is taking positions ahead of a potential takeover.

Earlier is better than later ...
