RE: CMK-real picture

RE: CMK-real picture

CMK e-mail :
"The coal is being stockpiled on the surface pending processing through our surface plant facilities"

That this mean , NO SALEABLE COAL WAS PRODUCED TO DATE Feb 17 ?
After 2 months of "mining "?...while costs are piling up..

Unwashed , unscreened from rock coal is just a HALF-PRODUCT.

Does this mean, the prep plant is not operational yet ?

How long it will take, till they will be ready to fill first 70kt ship?
To a customer which doesn't exist yet ?

To do that they must :

1. wash at least 100kt

2.Move the 100kt to second pile at the rail yard =
2,500 round trips by a 40t truck= 90,000km ( + 2x around globe distance LOOOOL)

3.Move the 100kt to a second pile NEAR the loading facilities at port
This storage facility NEAR dock is NOT READY YET.
The pad has to be constructed , the train unloading system installed ,
the machines to pile it up , the EXPENSIVE conveyor ( how long )
from storage pile to the ship loader, etc.

4. Move 70kt from pile NEAR dock to a pile the port loader uses to load onto ship.

THAT INDICATES,BY THE NEXT Q report MAY 31 there won't be not only any sales
There won't be any SALEABLE COAL at the port , maybe even at the rail yard.

The NEXT <AFTER NEXT Q report LOL ..Aug 31 2011 m a y b y will show some PUNY SALES.
And NUMBERS,showing how BAD CMK IS DOING.

Which brings me to second " great" point
==============

CMK e-mail
" Our annual financial statements for the year ending November 30, 2010 are expected to be released at the end of February"

Oh,my , the very fact THEY REPORT AT THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE DELAY= 3 months
after Q end ,is very bullish sign LOOOL.

You will salivate, over outdated info /things /numbers which happened 3- 6 months ago.
geeeesus

At the end of 2011 - Nov 30,they will report results ending Aug 31.
You will find out about BAD H1 results by end of H2

Great attitude towards bagholding shareholders.
Keep them in dark as long as possible. and between reporting issue just selective "great news"
Plenty of time to replace reporting with your imagination.

LOOOOOOL

And there is no way ,the market won't crash in that time

Comments on this chart
We’ve definitely passed the point of a ‘mild correction.’
Too many people have nervously added at these stratospheric levels and will sell in a heartbeat
at the first sign of danger… purely from the anxiety of not wanting to be buying at the top.
The High Frequency Trading Bots are churning the market up.
There are no real buyers underneath and the market will fall twice as hard.
Since the market can move in ways to maximally hurt the most people, what happens next?
The Fed temporarily managed to suspend the laws of physics and math , so the dudes think they are invincible masters of universe .. same as during dot com run
Will individual investor have time to hit the panic button?

=====================

Meanwhile,a DAYTRADERS like the VancDayTrader are talking about
"long term wealth builders" LOOOOOL

No matter how "decent' earnings they will make
AT THIS RIDICULOUS SH PRICE
,they will be at least 4 times LESS than a decent P/E would call for.
