Looks like a corner is turning even more people.  Here is why.  They are now being transparent for they even disclosed the reality that the other party still has to dismiss it's case, which is the next logical step.  They can still sue the other party...but that is GOOD for HRG.  Because the court just ruled that the license is not on the line any longer.  This is now an internal court squabble between two partners and not a license losing squabble.
Like I said, game over on losing this license.  
Just watch either Severstal or HRG buy their shares out with some of our shares or with Severstal.  even better would be to watch China come in on the other half.
