Middle East and China

Middle East and China

Mr. Vollmer, Middle East expert, also has substantial experience with national and homeland security. He regularly works with senior officials in the Congress and Department of Defense. He assisted leaders on national and homeland security studies. On occasion, he serves on various US government Commissions and Science Boards.

Vice President Eduardo Othon has been named to the Company's board of directors. Othon will continue as a Company Vice President with a new title: Vice President of Global Business Development. Eddie has made substantial progress in promoting Liberty Star in Middle Eastern financial centers and is scheduled to return to Abu Dhabi in early February.

Board member Larry Liang has been promoted to Executive Vice President. In addition to his executive responsibilities he will continue working with the Company's contacts in China. Further meetings and negotiations in the USA and China are being scheduled for 1st quarter, 2011.

........................

We now have people on board who have contacts in the Middle East and China. Something significant could come from this. And Vollmer has contacts with the Department of Defense and homeland security. They might be interested in helping us advance our Arizona uranium properties. And they would also be interested in getting on our Big Chunk property while it is still in the early stages, especially since it has such great potential. And I don't think that Mr. Vollmer would have joined the board if he didn't think we had great potential.
