But could not comment or be specific on "which ones" as the purchase had not been completed. Investment companies have rules about not disclosing there intended near term buys....then a few minutes later the caller calls in, asking about WPX. Notice the the silent pause before Carrasco speaks,(thinking on his feet) he then indicates he does not want to speak of WPX specifically, THUS freeing him to talk in general and still abiding by his company rules...IF he said, Oh I can't talk specifically or comment on WPX, thats as good as saying, thats the one were intending on buying prefaced by his remarks at the beginning of the show...He did have a big smile on his face when he said "insider buying is good"
so in my opinion this is one of the smaller names he will likely BUY....
