Information Request - Origin of Oncolytics

There was a post by someone saying that Brad bought the rights to the reovirus from a Dr Lee(?) at the University of Calgary and formed Oncolytics. I tried finding it in the archive of posts. Does anyone recall this post and can supply the name of the person how posted it and the date of the post?
