We haven't put out a NR yet but things that concern me in Eurogas's NR is that:

No disclosure of Regent retaining 1% gross overiding interest in McCallans 24% of Polski  .

When and/ or what guarantee the 20M Eurogas shares will be released from legend?

Are the 2M shares for the previously disclosed extention fre trading?

Remember, the 2M shares on the books that Regent didn't sell to finance the dart board drilling at Red Mountain are held in Trust for the " Langley Financiers" as a condition of their loan at 8%.
