The AMEX allows stocks under a dollar I think. All I remember was spin Ortsbo off and trade in the states and that management turned down a 30 million offer. How this plays out remains to be seen. I just cant beleive that some moron would be stupid enough to beleive that management would torpedo the share price. If they already said no to 30 million they must see thriving growth. Who would turn down 30 million on a long shot?
