RE: Prognoz=Game Over. WE WIN. Oh Yeah!!

RE: Prognoz=Game Over. WE WIN. Oh Yeah!!I really want to agree with all the positive outcome that has been mentioned regarding Prognoz.  I do accept that this is a positive step, but I don't see anything in this press release that gives any more support that Prognoz silver gets to retain its mineral deposit license.
My assessment is that the initial proceedings triggered by the $18M owing to Buryatzoloto (a subsidiary of HRG) for drilling has been repaid and this claim has been released by the courts.
Following the repayment, the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow dismissed Buryatzoloto's application for official bankruptcy procedures for Prognoz Silver.

However, the filing for bankruptcy of Prognoz Silver has not been decided.

However, the initial application to put Prognoz Silver into bankruptcy, which was filed by Prognoz Silver itself, is still under review by the court and has not yet been decided.

With this information, I don't think we can proclaim victory yet, (even though I want to).
Buryatzoloto is considering the circumstances of the repayment and evaluating its next steps.

I don't even know why this last quote needed to be added.  If the statements was HRG is considering, that would make sense, but Buryatzoloto is only a subsidiary and I don't know what next steps they may have.  The only thing that I can think of is they are trying to determine what to do with the $18M they received as payment.  However, the press release seems to indicate that Buryatzoloto has next steps with Prognoz.
