Short PositionsThe shorting in this case is not a bad thing.
If those who shorted (down to .99) are covering with financing stocks, they have their money which will go directly into FIU coffers when they buy to cover.
Or, if those who shorted need to purchase on the open market, they will likely drive the price up.
