FIRST STAR RESOURCES INC. - GRANT STOCK OPTIONS

First Star Resources Inc. has granted, further to its news release in Stockwatch news dated Dec. 29, 2010, an aggregate of 900,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company, exercisable at a price of 25 cents per share for a period of two years from the date of grant. The options have been granted in accordance with the company's stock option plan.
