Trust me, no offence taken! I don't want to get into a pissing match about credentials, but i'm hoping to say that I work on Wall St. would be enough to let you figure out that I have an MBA, which covers your question about statistics.
So your trying to tell me that by adding 300 additional people to a test sample and half of those people are going to be outside the original phase 3a U.S. & Canada, that it will not change the likely outcome of efficacy.

I'm guessing you have followed this company longer than I, but I have invested in many biotechs and its a waiting game untill the trial results get close. Most of them all have the same pattern...6 months prior to final phase 3 and nda's, they make their move and they pop or drop.
