RE: Barbados / BVI and so onOne is a numbered company, which when no official name, it can be a number.  I have owned small businesses in the past and they have been numbered.  Easy to create, easy to sell and easy to fold !!!

As for Bedford, my take is that Burton, a long time ago, transferred his shared into his own company for tax purposes.  If memory serves correct, he is from Nova Scotia, and quite possibly the town of Bedford....

I think you guys are chasing the wrong lead here......my take only....

Just sell Mengo and any other asset......easy $.60....
