Just my opinion, but this deal is favorable to FIU even if existing shareholders are being diluted. There are probably few  available assets to use to secure a loan. If $1.40 was a reasonable price for FIU, it would have held at that level when the financing was announced, but it fell because buyers only showed up at the $1.0x level. Unlike the previous emergency recapitalization, this deal is apparently available to everyone, which turned out to be a good thing because the money was raised quickly. Imagine if the price for the offer was $1.20 -- it might have taken much more time to raise the money and the share price could have fallen more. But now the money has been raised and company is on sound financing footing with a conservative operating plan to become solidly profitable within a year. If the production levels exceed the 90% level expected in the business plan, and the third gold plant is finished and successfully tested, the current share price is going to look ridiculously cheap. Deon gets my vote for seeing this company through this far.

How do you know the deal is done ? Are buyers lined up fro 46MM. If so once complete this thing will fly
