It is actively developing partnerships for EM heating of other industrial applications in mining, steel, agriculture, cement, hydrogen and other clean fuels.

I think, I see the payment in that large doc.
ProfitCo is doing a placement for $1,200,000 for class C shares.
We have Class A shares that will be transferred to Class B shares.
So now there is (Class B set amount of Shares) and Class C & D unlimited.
How does this not Dilute?
