Some day soon?

Some day soon?With the demand for silver and the price of silver that's quite a bit higher than it was in December, what's it going to take for this to take off?  Does anyone else get the feeling that it's being held down?  As soon as it bubbles up to .98ish, it gets pushed back down...  Thoughts?
