trading at NAV

this stock will never trade above NAV, and i imagine there will be a downfall in commodities soon,

can someone tell me how this will trade above NAV, b/c the resutls are tehre, the commoditites are doing great, yet this can't get above 4.29????????

just trying to post a healthy debate, not hating.
