Do some DD on the property package KPS has and the cash they have in hand if you are worried about what happens if this doesn't go through. In my own opinion I don't think they would not have extended the deadline if they were not on the right track to make it happen.
p.s I wonder what happens to warrants if they do merge ?? will the warrant holders need to execute before any merger date.....hmmmmm
