What is the exchanges rule on AGM's?
For the newbies, it is 15 months.
What did our company tell the exchange when they were pressured into having one back in 2009? (Just so ya know, the last one was to cover for BOTH 08 and 09...doncha know)
They would stay in compliance on this little detail in the future........
