Obviously precious metals are very strong these days, ALL metals for that matter along with energy, and, any investor worth his or her salt of ANY background knows this and if they don't , they ought to go back to school. 

That said, a gathering of similar companies in one place will attract general and specialized mining investors and the buzz  shall reach the ears of those unable to attend or of different persuasions.  The  whole mining industry is keeping a heads up with people that matter.  Great!
