HaltedUgh!!!! I thought things were going slow but well and financing was the final obstacle on a fully permitted mine which is to produce cobalt - a strategic resource with no domestic US supply, gold, silver, copper and rare earths. The only option.  I can think of is a mess up in the financing, or some technical gliche.
Any thoughts on this????
