     Hope your are just a bad typist, for your spelling mistakes undermines your assertions on this stock by multiple factors!!!!    Just a point to enlighten you...... ICS has 11 m cash and has not had ANY dilution in over 3 years!!! Last time they raised money was at
.95 cents in 2006 I believe.   Granted it did run up on no news and it was all speculation and it got caught up in the social network stocks like INT and PYN...... but it  still very cheap when one discounts the cash..... marketcap of 9 m roughly for rest of company.
