Canacol Energy Ltd. is a Canada-based natural gas exploration and production company with operations focused on Colombia.  Groundstar Resources Limited is it and sorry Sagres Energy Inc.  I agree that the K-2 well may have little impact on the current sp, but who knows with new drilling techniques, it may produce at levels substantially higher than expected.  Even if it produces similar rates to the K-1 well (400 bopd), the production will help stabilize our net production levels.  TD was complaining that CNE was giving the impression that they had higher net production levels, and they want to see CNE produce stated net production levels for a couple terms. 

 

Anyway, my issue is the reporting of the K-2 well should be any min now because they spudded it 8 weeks ago.  When I saw this morning’s news release, I become concerned that the K-2 well is no good.  I don’t know for sure, but it is more about the time of everything. 

 

I also agree that the main catalysts for this year will be the proving up of reserves and production.
