SIB

SIBSo with this kind of large valuation for just the windstar project alone can they still have an SIB of around 2 dollars or do they have to give a fair market valuation of around 3.50 for the shares or higher as people are saying.   Is there anything stopping them from offereing 2 dollars once a Fair Market Value way higher comes out?

Comments are welcome.

Thanks
