It seems really strange that you want to comment about me when I have not posted here for many many months.
If you can't keep it a bit real it really calls me back against my better judgment.
You can't just make up history, you should live through it and then comment as an expert.

Why don't you cut the BS:
Having management tell you that they are going to roll a dog asset into a new entity and scarf up a majority of the company's precious (if any) cash to construct the transaction is not very compelling to me. Infact it sucks more than most of the historical fiascos pulled off. I guess the management get a bunch of cheap shares in new entity and think they deserve a larger cut of existing shareholder money?
If the Bottle Creek asset has such great value why did it not shine a bit more in the 6 or 7 year history that the company has had it. Why has there been no drilling since 1996 when only maybe 6 holes were drilled. Why has $4.4 million in cash been consummed with so little to say or show?????? Why have they claimed that they were working a JV on the property for the past 5 years with no results when there was a largely raging gold market.
Even more serious is this question: If the asset is so wonderful and undervalued why has management been incapable of advancing with it?
Even more serious: Why does management think it appropriate to hive off this asset from the the public shareholders and place it in a new company while not distributing the shares to existing shareholders as is typical.
Any answers?
