Marcellus shales drilling tax

Marcellus shales drilling taxnatural gas drilling tax for Pennsylvania, I don't think drillers $5 hedge for 2011 account for the extra tax and $100+ oil. This will cost them or make them lose money on every extra billion cubic feet (Bcf) they produce and limit their overall injections this year. In additon, they are facing the new anti-fracking environment complaints and heavily draws due to cold weather and switching to NG from oil. Thus, drillers are not likely able to overproduce or inject this year compared to 2010.
