Insiders can also buy shares when the blackout is lifted! I consider insider buying on the open market a better indicator of the direction of a company than insider selling. There are many unimportant reasons that insiders sell shares, but there is only one reason (that I can see) an insider buys shares. And lets not get into a discussion as to what is legal and what isn't ... we're dealing with an industry which is manipulated every single day whether it's MM's controlling SP or JP Morgue playing with PM's ... and even more so on the vulture exchange. Just have a look at companies like V.CAJ or V.HAO for a few laughs!! LOL
