RE: If it is a pump and dumpWho really knows for sure, thats why I always say do as much of your own DD as you can but from what I understand Gryphon Partners are a very well respected firm, the fact that AMPW has hired them and the fact that Gryphon is working on there behalf tells me that there is something to this huge resource. Put it this way everthing that I have been able to do from my own DD tells me that this is a real deal. I'm not suggesting anybody go out and bet the farm but if they have any play money at all on the sidelines this might be as good of a place to invest as anything else out there .
Time will tell but a few things to take into consideration
Coal will still be still be in demand for a very long time
Its right here in the USA no worrys about dealing with foreign gov
infrastructure already in place as far as accessability Highways/ Rail lines
Huge potiental reserve 170-400 tons ( has been proven but from what I understand is in the process of being verified again)
The fact that Peabody Energy already tried to scoop this property up also tends to tell me that there is value here.
So all in all yes it may not work out but considering what we do know and considering the odds of anything else that trades on the OTCBB I'm feeling pretty good about the prospects on AMPW.
RE Gryphon take a little time and take a look at their web-site and see who else that they have done work for, a pretty impressive list of clients. I somehow think that they would not want to waste their time on a Pump & Dump
