RE: seems like a NO brainer @ 1.50

Hi guys,

Anyone have a sense what the buyback offer will be?

Assuming the rest if the company is valued at about $1.5 that's over $5/sh.

Granted the valuation will increase over time as the other projects mature, but we are talking
todays discounted values.

Also of the 56M o/s shares about 11M are insiders and can't be sold in the buyback.

About 20M are held by institutions. I don't expect many sales here.

The balance is retail, about 20M.

Also I didn't see the valuation of the deprection sale in the value of Winstar. Did I miss it?

Anyway since sale of this depreciation will pay for the buyback, and it is about 60-80M, how high can the offer go?

Is a $4 offer plausible; ie reasonable?

You guys are pretty sharp. Your opinions are appreciated.

Have a great weekend
