Is MAA still in discussions with Complant or any other entity that was know before the TSC deal???

With me, he hesitated, fumbled his words, then came up with a typical answer read from a script.  "MAA cannot comment on who or how many parties we are in discussions with."  This seems to differ from what Keith Carpenter from Cannacord said  in his report.

"MAA further stated that of the two entities that approached them in recent weeks, one was previously known to the company. MAA has now approached that company and has begun early discussions with them, and stated that they may have further comment on that process within the coming weeks."

Knut was not comfortable discussing this subject, nor would he confirm or deny that TSC tried to renegotiate the terms of the deal.

I urge you to call him and ask the same questions....
