Is the joint venture partner Apache?

Is the joint venture partner Apache? It certainly makes a lot of sense if the JV partner was Apache! Apache owns the gas plant(s) in the Hamburg area. This plant(s) can process 400 million cubic feet per day of ags but are now only using about 25 million cubic feet of processing. I have learned that to build infrasture at Horn River to process 400 mmcf/d would cost about $1.2 billion. Apache would have a very significant amount to gain if they could open up the area, not only to themselves by JV with Mooncor but with others to make use of this value asset.
