Hi Cardero. There are no aboriginal issues at their oil shale permit as it is on unused farmland. The original permits before the new recent acquisitions were secured from the Saskatchewan Government. If you got to their Corporate Presentation on page 24 “Demand and Economics“ you will find the following:

Good existing infrastructure (rail, roads, water, power) with low population density and no aboriginal land issues
