Azure Minerals is an Australian-based emerging explorer and developer of precious and base metals projects in the richly mineralised Sierra Madre mining province of north-western Mexico. Through exploration success and selective project acquisition, Azure aims to become an independent minerals producer.
Timmins Gold is strategically positioned for continuous growth as a gold production and development company. Focused solely in Mexico, Timmins Gold has begun production at its wholly owned San Francisco Gold Mine in Sonora.
Timmins Gold’s objective is to expand the current reserves and the lifespan of the San Francisco Mine, advance its other gold exploration projects and make strategic acquisitions. The combination of production and advanced exploration positions Timmins Gold for future growth and increased shareholder value.
Orko Silver is developing one of the world's largest primary silver deposits, La Preciosa, located near the city of Durango, in Durango State, Mexico. The La Preciosa silver project and adjacent mineral concessions cover 32,400 hectares (80,000 acres) of contiguous mining claims.
Kootenay Gold is actively developing mineral projects in the Sierra Madre Region of Mexico and in British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s flagship property is the former producing Promontorio Silver mine in Sonora State, Mexico. The Company's objective is to develop near term discoveries and long term sustainable growth.
Encouraging results from ~28,000 meters of drilling at Promontorio suggests the possible existence of a large Porphyry system similar to major producing deposits within the region. Kootenay’s management and technical team are proven professionals with extensive international experience in all aspects of mineral exploration, operations and venture capital markets. Multiple, ongoing J/V partnerships in Mexico and Canada maximize potential for additional, new discoveries while maintaining minimal share dilution.
