Exchange Policy 3.2, Section 3, notes that a company is required to hold an AGM each year but not more than 15 months after its last preceding AGM.

thanks smush, we will see if this gets any attention from management. To be fair, I don't think they are in a non-compliance postion with the finiancials, the end of November one just stated they are in an overdraft position
