regarding shareholder rights !!

regarding shareholder rights !!I know in volta's news release they mention know one is making an offer but what else are they going to say? At the very least I assume companies interested in building gold reserves have been knocking at the door. I feel that with there drill hitting gold at 200 + meters it indicates possible massive reserve ie 7-12 million ounces . Just my opinion !!!
