RE: Filing of Patent Feb 17th  Couple main questions about this,   Is this a Pharmagap Application with Jenny Phipps and a co partner,  for Gap, or on their own? If Gap, why no news report? What is Phipps contract  / obligations re Invention App's such as this to Pharmagap ?  Why U.S. patent app. Does it protect worldwide? Why didn't Pharmagap   be named as a co -inventor on this application?
