It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

Greenlantern.They can keep it halted as long as they want, as far as I know.  (while the new report is being done) I have seen stocks halted for weeks and months.  I would think the Company (clq) for being negligent in verifying the numbers it was ultimately their responsibilty to post accurate figures.  It would end up being a class action lawsuit anyway so you would just join in on that, but let's hope for the best because the alternative would be a disaster for CLQ. jmho
