Change of Management Needed?

Change of Management Needed? The company AGM comes up in September, what are peoples thoughts on trying to get a change of management at GBK? The Bakers have managed to bring us from the verge of bankruptcy to owning a 25% stake in a huge mine, fair play to them. But Dave Baker also brought us to the brink of bankruptcy by continuing with a land strategy that involved staking thousands of hectares of moose pasture. He was only saved by a Chinese investment at the last minute, one which he has managed to turn sour enough that they saw fit to try steal the mine away.

I think now is the time to get the ball rolling on some share holder power, to vote against bringing David Baker back as the Chairman. We need someone like Glen Mullan, that brought CZZ, with their relatively moderate but much more fertile ground, right up to construction, until, like Baker, he brought the company to near bankruptcy. The difference is that Mullan did it with an aggressive mine planning strategy to maximise shareholder value, but got caught by the recession, Baker got caught over extended land grabbing with no real plan or direction.

I have followed this bullboard for a while now, but there is no real substance to it. Let's try get something going. Let me know your thoughts, for or against the idea, to see what the level of confidence is in Dave Baker. Surely with all the unnecessary drama surrounding this stock, confidence must be low
