RE: 300,000,000 Outstanding Shares come AprilAm interested in this company and can't figure out how u came up with this number. I have them at 125 million at the end of Q3 2010, and since then the only financing was in January. I still have about 20 million active warrants but am betting almost all of them have been exercised in the last few weeks with the share price having made the huge move to the upside those warrants are up at least 2-300% so bet judging by volume they have been exercised. I believe the company said as much in a news release where they stated that between the financing and warrant exercise they had brought in @ $7million. That would put them at about 150 million shares. The new financing was only closed on Feb 7th so none of those shares can be traded until June 7th 2011. Warrants can be exercised but stock would still have same time restriction. So as far as I can see they will have only 150 million shares outstanding until June 7th when another 60 million will come into play. But judging by their growth numbers I would think the market will easily absorb all of those shares when they come available if they even do. If you could please show me how u get to 300 million free trading by April I would appreciate it otherwise I have to assume u are a paid basher that is trying to scare me away from this stock. Since you have been a member for all of ONE DAY that is what i will assume unless u prove otherwise.
