It was a dutch auction...the company specifed a range and the shareholders could specify what price they want for their shares between the range....the company then bought the cheapest shares first...and then moved from there. if no price was set by the shareholders then a set predetermined price was paid out. They bought $450M worth

not sure if this is the way it will happen.with WND..but i have been researching SIBs and will post more as I find stuff...
