RE: RE: I give this my MBSE awardD1945...I agree with you completely on this. Good Junior stocks from time to time have it tough as there is always some other one running for some reason or other and so when you get a slow period in one, which always happens from time to time, it does make it difficult to sit by as you feel you are missing out on something. This is why so many people end up in the old proverbial, selling out low on a good no BS company and and buying high into one one of the pumpers.
Right now, MOA has a new and serious 25,000m drill program going on. It really has just started with only about 10 holes so far reported out of more than 200 planned...so about 5%. The news stream(2 good ones so far) has only just started and will continue to flow for months, and like you said the NR's are real with solid info and not full of BS.
Looking at the rest of the company, MOA has already announced their plans for 2 other properties, Little River and Glover Island. Preliminary work on these two properties has only just begun this year..and it is winter and all. Little River has the potential to add a lot of visibility to MOA. The Antimony numbers from last fall have already caught attention due not only to the high percentages(up to 50%) that are being found, but due to the fact that LRiver is in the same geological setting as BBrook 80km's to the North which is the largest Antimony producer outside of China(and at that BB is now a private company as it was very quietly bought out by the largest Chinese producer about 3 years ago) and is the only production operation in all of Canada and the US.. I have seen estimates that BBrook may produce in the range of 3 to 5% of the worlds supply of Antimony!!! This potential of LRiver to deliver some serious value to MOA's shareprice going forward is something I think all MOA shareholders have yet to fully comprehend.
Then there is Glover Island. MOA just picked up this property last fall from NIS in a troubled asset transaction due to NIS falling apart as it was being taken over by ANX. Glover Island was NIS's prime asset and MOA scoped this up for fire sale prices. Just a few weeks ago MOA announced they have taken on a very skilled individual, Paul Smith, to manage the development of GIsland. I would expect that by now the announced plan of drilling GIsland to bring its known resource up to a 43-101 standard are well underway. It has been said by others that GIsland will likely prove to be the largest undeveloped gold deposit after MOA/MOZ's Valentine Lake deposit. I am sure that as soon as possible MOA will have a full team set up there to accomplish the new resource calculation. It should also be recognized that both LRiver and GIsland are 100% owned by MOA and that MOA is already completely funded for the 2011 programs.
So like you said, there is no BS here. Just straight go forward plans that are are well underway. The exceptional thing for MOA is that VLake is currently very active and will have a series of NR;s coming out ever other week or so for months, and that very soon both LRiver and GIsland will join in this news steam. So for investors, the choice can be to exit on run ups or choose to buy and accumulate when the prices are low. I believe that MOA has real potential to add real value and will soon be seen that way by a growing group of well financed and well informed senior level investors. it is then the that the little guy who has placed their bets early can start reaping their rewards....
