Why do you say the timing sucks? Had they been awarded this contract earlier, it would not have prevented the company from being delisted. OSI is a penny stock and it should not be on the TSX. Also, KK was incompetent and overpaid. Had they won this contract earlier, it would not have changed that either. If the timing sucks, it's that the board should have had the balls to fire KK and the rest of the lame senior management years ago. That might have prevented the company's slide from being a world leader in its market to tettering on the brink of collapse. On the contrary, I'd say the timing is perfect. Maybe this contract will help the company rebuild.
