If I were Tony Lacavara of Wind Mobile I'd consider putting some money into seeing justie for shareholders here.. in partcular a forensic audit and an investigation intot he spectrum sale.. in particular looking for evidence of a side deal etc..  the best defence for Tonay and his company is to give his antagonists (Bell and Rogers) soemthing bigger to worry about.. and seeing that spectrum sale get ovetturned and subsequentluy land in Wind's lap would be penty enough i suspect..
