Careful with Warrant Time PremiumsIf the share price trades above$9.75 for 20 consecutive trading days CNL can force the conversion of those 6,000,000 warrants @ $7.50 within a month.  If your counting on your warrant containing a time value of money premium, plus an intrinsic in the money portion, you may see the time portion vanish if CNL forces the conversion.
