Skippen stated in the Feb 10/11 CC that the expenses have a buffer built into it in case they need to litigiate for new patents they acquire. There was a question asked I believe by Dev from Frazer regarding this (listen to the Feb 10 Conference call)

If no new litigations, I believe the expense #'s that are forecasted for FY2011 are higher than they will be.
