Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy projects in Latin America. Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

RE: RE: News - $50,000,000 LoanIm not to worried about the WTS they are at market and only 10% dilutive above market, they were placed in strategic hands remember so they wont be as repressing.

There must be a TAKEOVER/MERGER on the table given the fact that the inside guys arraged the warrants as a sweetener.  Warrants are the most leveraged instrument to a merger of course.
