Management

Management
I am a long time holder of SGR and I am extremely disappointed at the performance of the share price. We have
a producing mine with a share price that has fallen 40%, when the price of gold has moved to over $1400.This is
not poor mining, this is poor management.

It seems management has very little concern for the individual retail investor. They do almost nothing to
communicate with us or promote the stock. Their goal seems to be at odds with us. They want to explore and
we want to see the share value go up.

I believe that there is a great deal of gold that could be produced and sold, which would drive up the share price.

But they continue to dilute the shares with placements and spend the money on more exploring.

The difference between the gold miners  with rising share prices and those that languish is production. Many,
many companies explore, only a few produce. Just check the news releases. Almost everything is an
announcement about exploration, very few shout about production.

There is great value here that can only be squandered by poor management. We need experienced miners, but
we also need experienced business people.

This game is pretty simple, "show me the money". Give reasonable production targets each quarter, and then
exceed them. Everything else is just background noise.

We should all be pushing the management to produce, produce, produce. Quit playing in the dirt and make some
   money !
