and a new CEO appointed, as the condition of that merger, Ngd's big dream became reality pretty fast
with a 100 million plus more dollars .... that suddenly came, to play ball. I have made a small fortune
and - not bragging here, it's fact . ( and still, this Ngd is hitting home runs, for this investor ) Check their
BB, = Red hot .... with lot's more to come in 2012. As I stated earlier, Ngd is no longer a 14,000,000 junior
in Kamloops, B.C. they are an intermediate play, and expanding their operations, and fortunes, very
excellently . We investors, that stayed with them for years, are now .... loving this Ngd investment and

I have my stock investments covered in many ways, like many others, there are alot of methods to get a
win/win scenario, in a well balanced and managed portfollio. In fact, IB, I hope you have a well planned
exit strategy from Ez ... that protects your back door and subsequently becomes, on tax day, a win / win .

Tanzania is no where near water or Victoria lake ... all the prosperous claims are around lakes, streams, or rivers and EZ's claim is many miles (kilometes) away from any decent source (including roads)

" they have come a long way baby " since their junior mining days, I got in initially at 1.74 and many times
since. As stated, No one is complaining that is holding Ngd, today ........ and this would be important to note
in reality ...... It's those that stayed, for the Ngd bumpy ride, initially .... and it was a bumpy ride, but that's history

Please enlighten everybody on this board why anyone would invest in a company that refuses to play by the rules and not file NR's or Sedar and seems to flaunt their lack of resposibilities towards its investors ... remember it is the investors that bring a company to life not the other way around ...
