EQS

EQSEquus invests in small technology firms!  VV  owns morethan a million shares of Equus.
Is it not logical that Equus invests in VV?? 
Cross ownership i likely inevitable as they share the same CEO and three board members.
Could EQS buying be the reason for the relatively heavy volume we are experiencing?
Anyone talk to Fraser lately for any clues ??
