         The initial IPO was for 10.7mm shares at $3.00 per share.    
        
         I find it interesting that since the stock started moving up from 
         the
.35 level roughly 10mm shares have traded.  
              
        These sellers took large losses on a stock that has substantial 
        upside potential.   
              
        Could it be that the sellers are just about sold out?
